Message: Great stay on my long drive! I came in without a reservation and though prices were higher in person, I just reserved the room from my phone real quick for $50 less than booking at the desk. Check in and checkout was quick, my room was near the elevators so it was a bit loud in the morning, but no fault of the hotel. Staff respected my DND sign.. The room was pristine and a really cool layout! Huge sectional couch, desk and a little kitchenette area with fridge, sink, and coffee machine; bathroom sink area had drawers for your stuff and a whole extra surface next to it for toiletries. Shower was modern, clearly remodeled recently, with new plumbing and nice smelling products for wash. Big closet next to bathroom sink with all the necessities (iron, etc). Had a king bed (cheapest room) and it was comfy, with soft pillows and blackout curtains made for good sleep.. This was still a bit pricy for my needs (just 5 years ago I stayed at a Quality Inn with the same amenities for half the price), but it was comfortable and a good value for the money compared to nearby hotels.

Message: We had two outstanding employees: Jesse and Denise. The rest of the staff should learn to be just like them. Breakfast staff and breakfast in general was awful. Not much food out and dishes were disgusting and still had scraps of food and wet. Breakfast staff were sitting in the back on their phones. The hotel is located in a nice little corner looking over Brentwood and it’s pretty cool. Even let me skate in the parking lot.

Message: Pretty average hotel in a convenient location. Halfway between Franklin and downtown Nashville. Great view of hills.. Hotel hasn’t been “refreshed” or updated in awhile and it shows, which is surprising given the location, restaurants, shopping options and nearby sightseeing and attractions. Hotel feels maintained to minimum standards, but nothing extra. Pool was dirty. Back parking entrance door broken. Lack of detail to cleanliness and maintenance. Frankly, I anticipated more from the hotel being a Hyatt.. This would not be one of my top choices when selecting a Hyatt hotel in the Nashville area.

Message: Rooms are spacious but dated, some wear & tear. Customer service was very good. All employees of the hotel were very helpful. Breakfast was decent and filling. Nice hotel but a bit pricey for what you get.

Message: The rooms were great sized, just a few issues, the tub stopper was missing from one room and didn't work in the other, no ice bucket and a stopped up air conditioner. The shower gel/shampoo/conditioners were empty or near empty. The pool was closed, but that was okay. They offered to change rooms for us because of the air conditioner. The free breakfast was awesome, very good food. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the location offered us a distant view of the airport. It was nice to watch the planes land and take off. There is a small strip mall across the street, a Walgreen's and gas stations nearby. I would stay here again.

Message: Location was great. Free morning breakfast was decent and had good selections, wide variety. The rooms are ok, could use updating. Kelly, the front desk manager, is the only reason I'm giving as many stars as I am. We had an issue that Kelly resolved very professionally and promptly. She was very helpful and kind. The house keeping staff was rude and didn't do their job correctly ever.

Message: Staying here was amazing, great location, 15 min drive to Broadway so it's quiet but close enough to get to, staff are amazing! They're so kind and always have a big smile on thei face. Beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was great with plenty of options for everyone. We were given an early check in which really helped our trip. The view is also beautiful!
