Quality Inn Exit 4

Message: Tia at the front desk was very helpful. She let us check the room before hand. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Very large hotel. Had restaurant with reasonable prices. Had a bar. Two pools. Gym was nice. Pet friendly. Probably the best breakfast we experienced driving cross county staying in 5 different hotels.

Message: This Quality Inn will not disappoint! We stopped here for a nights rest on our way home from FL. They have a lot to offer for the price. A free delicious FULL hot breakfast buffet, a restaurant and bar/lounge that offers room service. I highly recommend the crispy chicken wrap with onion rings! The hotel also has indoor and outdoor pools, an exercise room, laundry facilities, and even a sauna! We will definitely be back!

Message: Had the most amazing time at this location. Check in was a breeze. Was just an overnight stay but met the most amazing young lady in the restaurant. Her name was Heather. She has the most most outstanding personality, sweet as can be. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. My only regret on this stay was watching her work so hard and No One tipping. She didn't stop showing the courtesy or never showed disappointment. My thing is if you can afford to stay in such a very nice facility then at least be honorable and tip someone for their services. Some of the people(guests) there seemed they felt they were entitled. Well guess what if it weren't for the staff there and their kindness, from check in, housekeeping, restaurant workers, maintenance also sweet lady at check out. Just know you'd be at a Super 8. Thank you rant over. Heather we will be back just because of the beautiful establishment and wonderful staff. Restaurant, indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, and sauna amazing breakfast buffet. Thank you to the men and women who cooked and kep it fully stocked. More then a 5 star. More like 10***. If in the area stop here. Also tell them thank you, show some common courtesy or move on. Message: Rooms are adequate. Clean. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Unfortunately, the grits, oatmeal, meats, and eggs were in a warmer that was not working, and they were cold. Coffee was good.. ***UPDATE***. I am updating this review from yesterday. I am staying here a few more days.. The buffet table has been fixed. I saw maintenance there yesterday. This morning all was working as needed. Food was hot. Everything was delicious. The breakfast bar was very, very good. I highly recommend this hotel!

Message: While the room showed plenty signs of wear and age, the hotel overall beat expectations. Checked in late last night and the guy behind the desk was cool and polite.. The room was clean and seemed fine. Definitely in need of some remodeling, paint, trim repair, etc. but that's to be expected. It was definitely clean and smelled fine.. The AC unit in room had a really harsh coil whine when it would cycle on and off. It sounded like a dog whistle.. Breakfast was good, check out was easy, and the morning staff were also good.. Would definitely stay again.
