Message: We stayed for three nights here and really enjoyed it. Thank you to the staff who were very friendly. It's not the fanciest hotel, but clean, great location, and the pool is awesome! We happened to love that it was open late, so our son still had time to swim even if we got back late from dinner. I could see how you might not like that though. Great place for a family.

Message: Not a bad place for the money. Fairly easy walk to the strip or they have a trolley service. Trollies are supposed to run every 15 minutes but are usually closer to 30 minutes because of traffic. The hotel is older but has been updated. Rooms are nice and clean. However, you can hear every noise outside if you are in an outside facing room.

Message: It's a nice place, and the rooms are decent but the restaurant was not great. took an hour for a salad, an order of mozzarella sticks, plain noodles, and a wrap. The pool was closed for the night but not their fault, just a bummer because we thought it would be nice with our toddler to decompress after a long day. Was able to go swimming next day and the pool is nice, mostly warm but bring towels, the towels they provided are nasty and there was trash all in the bin. Overall it's a nice enough place but not sure I'd want to come back.

Message: Rooms are a little dated, but over all a good place to stay. Room and all facilities were clean, and the pool was awesome, if you have kids! Location is great, a short walk to the strip in Gatlinburg. Not having to pay for parking is well worth the walk. There was some excitement as a bear was inspecting our car in the parking lot, but the on site security guard caught us as we were leaving the building and made sure we didn't walk up to a surprise! We also ate from the in house restaurant, and it was nice to have such a convenient option.

Message: We stayed here for a last minute stay during the weekend. It’s walking distance (half a mile) to the downtown area, we lucked out and got a parking spot close to the entrance. But the hotel itself is dated. The bathrooms probably need the most work. The door come within inches of hitting the toilet, definitely not room enough for two people. The pool area was pretty cool but full of kids since there was a cheer event nearby. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the parking lot, which was nice. Breakfast buffet was $10 per person, extra drinks like sodas and coffees were overpriced. We definitely wouldn’t pick this place to stay again but it wasn’t the worst by far.

Message: It's a nice place, very clean. I was on the 3rd floor and I could hear the kids in the pool are which is on the first floor. I also kept hearing a door slam and when people walk past the room, the footsteps were loud and if they was talking, it seemed as though I had the door open even though I didn't. I don't expect hotels to be completely quiet, but it's like there was no type of sound barrier at all. I would rate it a 5 star, but I could not sleep due to excessive noise. Other than that, it wasn't a bad place.

Message: Good location and great price. Pool could be cleaner, rooms are definitely dated, we had pool view and it was very humid in the room aswell as damp but it wasn’t horrible. I would definitely stay again, but likely with a outside view. For a budget hotel it would be great with kids for the large pool area.

Message: Rooms and hotel are in great shape. You can tell it's an older hotel but the rooms and lobby look great. We enjoyed the balcony with a nice view of the mountains. The walk was a little longer than I expected but wasn't hard to do. We also saw a bear from the balcony! Very cool experience.
