Message: Everything was great. The rooms was beautiful, the balcony is right in front of a water stream that’s so peaceful. They have fire pits and grills there with a lot of sitting and swings. Also there pool is great and the slid for adults is very cool.

Message: The rooms could use some deep cleaning (baseboards, carpets along walls and behind furniture, balconies wiped down from spiderwebs) but they were clean beyond that. Some reviews state decor is outdated but I liked the country mountain feel to it. And the only outdated thing was the arm chair and the carpet. From reading other reviews I think they are in process of updating rooms because there were multiple updates, like the breakfast knook and the bathroom, which felt luxurious and modern. Loved the view from the balcony until you see the neighbors yard across the creek(cluttered). Hotel can't help that though. Thin walls. Our neighbors enjoyed their evening up until 4 am then we could get some rest lol.

Message: From the moment we walked in we were ecstatic with our room and balcony especially for the price. We got a honeymoon suite and didn't even walk leave to enjoy the shops till we checked out. some might feel its out dated but as for me and her it's everything we come the smoky mountains for! And the breakfast was home-cooked with very Friendly and inviting staff there to ensure you got what you wanted! It truly is county quite and city close as they advertise. will be back and just can't wait! Thanks to all the staff and owner ship.

Message: We loved it as soon as we opened the door. The room was very large, clean and smelled great. We loved the fireplace and private balcony with great views and running creek. The staff went above and beyond and were very friendly. We can't wait to go back.

Message: Cutest hotel ever! The front desk allowed us to check in early and our room smelled clean and was already cold! The view from the balcony was beautiful! The beds were very comfortable. 10/10 will definitely stay here again!

Message: Loved the location. This is a perfect place for someone who wants relaxing time. quiet place. The king room with private balcony is perfect for some peaceful time to just sit and listen to the creek run. the rooms are very nice and clean. All staff are very helpful and nice. will diffantly be my go to place from now on! Wonderful stay..

Message: The hotel itself is nice. The staff were pleasant. The pool is great. The location is comfortable. The problem though is every inch of the place smells like smoke- both cigarettes and weed. We couldn’t even sit on the balcony because the smell of weed was so strong. People sit outside everywhere and smoke so you can’t really enjoy the nature. The hotel would be perfect if the bf just designate smoking areas and actually enforce it.
