Heartland Cabin Rentals

Message: I love this place and wonderful spot fora family reunion just be ready for no wifi in the big cabin but we still had fun. And a scary turn down in to the cabin cause you see a dead end sign but you make a sharp left down the hill.

Message: It was a nerve-racking drive up the hill to our cabin, but once we got there, it was a very nice trip. Beautiful scenery, nice relaxing trip. The hot tub was awesome.

Message: We decided to go to Gatlinburg for our vacation, we took a week and rented the leprechaun island and it was wonderful. Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg have so much to offer in sites, activities and stores that we were kept busy and this house was just perfect at the end of the day. Located a short drive from Gatlinburg it was quiet, clean and perfect for the 4 of us. Would definitely stay with heartland cabin rentals again.

Message: This has been an amazing trip. We leave tomorrow but I decided to go ahead and give my review now. The Above The Clouds cabin is great! Perfect for two couples. We have really enjoyed the stay here. Very peaceful. Very remote. Very private. This is one of the cabins that is handicapped accessible. My friend has had no issues with his easy-go motorized cart.. The cabin is very spacious and very clean. Kudos to the staff who service these units.. I’ve always heard that some cabins are hit or miss. This one is HIT! No other cabins within sight of this one. Although, once the leaves fall, it could be visible from others nearby. But I haven’t noticed noise from other cabins at all. I heard someone’s car horn toot once when they locked their vehicle.. Overall a great experience and we will return!

Message: We have stayed with Heartland Cabin Rentals many times over the years. The cabins are very clean and the staff is always very helpful. The different cabins we have stayed in all have something unique about them for the mountain area. Sometimes we don't want to leave when we are scheduled to and they have always tried to accommodate for an extra day. Another fact is they are open latter then other companies in the area if we have questions late at night. Having stayed with the company many times, we do like getting a return guest discount. Looking at prices with other rental companies we have always felt like we get our moneys worth with Heartland and will return. The free attraction pass is great, we use it and I feel like we save enough money to pay for a few of our days stay. Thank you for great vacations in the past and to the future. I would like to see more bears if you could make that happen. I did post some from a past trip. Thank you Heartland.

Message: Really enjoyed our stay at Day Dreamer. Gatlinburg has always been one of my favorite destinations and this year wanted to try a different vacation rental company. Overall, I was highly pleased with the customer service. S/o to Jordan for being so helpful and provided some great tips. I will definitely rebook and try out some of the other cabins. Day Dreamer however was in an ideal location outside if Pigeon Forge. It wasn't too far from Gatlinburg either. The cabin itself was beautiful and clean. The amenities really made the cabin. The jacuzzi and hot tub, pool table, the arcade game which included pac man, and the board games kept us entertained. The instructions that they give when it's time to check in are a little confusing and they advise not to use mapquest. We put the address into Google Maps and it took us directly there. It would've helped to have a map instead of the written out directions. The few downfalls were that there wasn't much seclusion as there were 3 other homes in close vicinity. There's no sauna but is listed in the book. The lighting is poor getting to the house but around the house the lighting is very good. Overall I was pleased and would recommend

Message: Magic in the Mountains! We stayed in the Bearfoot Lodge cabin & it was adorable, neat, clean with all the amenities of home. The views from this cabin are AMAZING! My favorite thing was sitting on the fabulous balcony in the swing having my coffee while watching the smoke rise from the mtn tops w/the birds singing in the background every morning. We had an eagle come & perch on a tree right out front while we were rocking/swinging one morning after watching it soar through the mtns, it was truly beautiful & majestic. The staff went above & beyond. We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day out & ab. The only negatives were the bathrooms on the main & top floors are very small, the hairdryer didn't work, the fridge drawer was broken & the wallpaper throughout needs to be replaced but those are small things that didn't affect the great time we had. The owner really should consider replacing the wallpapers bc I've noticed other complaints ab it & it's such a cute well-equipped cabin I would hate for it to affect the rentals. Overall Heartland Rentals & Bearfoot Lodge was a great choice & we look forward to returning.
