Message: We reserved a standard two queen room. Got to room and found that it was a king. Called to desk and she said she didn’t think there was anything else, maybe a king/sofa. She said she would “check with maintenance” (?). We decided we could work with the king/sofa in case nothing else was available. Room was decent. Later that evening we discovered there was no bedding for the sofa bed. Called the front desk, they told us there was NO bedding available. None. When asked if there was even a spare sheet, she said she’d check but the hotel was full. Went down to get the sheet and she said well you’re in luck, they found a blanket. I asked about a spare pillow and she informed me they had none. The person who checked us in (Melia?) was very nice but the evening shift was very rude and gathered at the desk visiting.
