Message: No idea how there are so many 5 star reviews for this property. The front desk was very nice & friendly, but the rooms are extremely dated, with stains on the pillowcases and comforter. The TV is from the 1970s and the old fashioned floor AC unit did nothing to remove the humidity from the room. Very uncomfortable stay and we cancelled our future booking. This hotel needs an upgrade, immediately.

Message: Let me start off by saying the staff here is extremely wonderful, but I have to be honest this hotel doesn’t deserve to be a hyatt hotel…. The rooms were extremely dusty it looks like the rooms weren’t cleaned in months. They don’t shampoo there carpets, the bathroom door was very dirty. Tv was very outdated, there were outlets that didn’t work in our room…. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. The photos online are very deceiving book somewhere else not worth the money there charging.

Message: Front desk staff are wonderful and helpful. Rooms are nice, and the location is perfect for the airport with a free shuttle. The cleaning was a 4/5 because the room was clean but a few detail items missed in the bathroom. Overall a nice clean room though. Bed a little worn so 4/5 on that too. But I will stay here again for sure because the price for value is great.

Message: Definitely need to invest in an electric generator. When the power went out yesterday it was unfortunate that so many people couldn't check in. The emergency/flood lights in the stairwell near my room weren't all working nor the ones on my floor. I clicked the test buttons but non did anything. So that was a bit unsafe.. The staff was Super friendly and I spent sometime in the lobby out of boredom during the storm. The room was nice and clean. I was very comfortable here. And for a great price!
