Riverwood Mansion

Message: Our daughter was married at Riverwood Mansion in June and it was the perfect experience! All week was beautiful, however thunderstorms were in the forecast for her wedding time so the staff immediately went to plan B, moving the seating in the main parlor. Our guests were thrilled to be cool and dry, and the photos were amazing! We went with the all inclusive package since we live in another state. My wife and the happy couple met with planners twice, and the amazing crew took it from there. Kimberly was just phenomenal and we enjoyed the entire evening with family and friends from 12 different states without having to deal with one detail. The comments and feedback were wonderful, the food amazing, and it was like going back in time with the romantic atmosphere. I cannot imagine having to deal with all the vendors and we found the pricing to be very reasonable and fair for what was included. Upon their departure, the staff had everything boxed and ready for us as parents to take and even loaded our cars. We cannot praise them enough for the professionalism and efficiency.. it was truly an unforgettable experience and the wedding of their dreams!

Message: My husband and I got married here in April and had the best experience! The day was perfectly planned, orchestrated, and executed, largely in part to the experienced and helpful team they have. They didn't miss a beat and took care of every detail. I was the least stressed I could possibly be the day of. If anything went wrong, I didn't know about it! It's such a beautiful venue that we didn't feel the need for a ton of flowers or decor, and so many guests commented that it was the most beautiful wedding/venue they had ever been to. The only thing that would have made our day better would be earlier access to the venue. We weren't allowed on site until 3:00pm on the dot which made things like the wedding party getting ready that day challenging. Not taking away stars for this though as we knew this ahead of time before signing the contract.

Message: Riverwood Mansion is a beautiful wedding venue minutes from the heart of Nashville. It has an incredible property with magnolia trees near the entrance that greet you as you arrive. The lighting inside coming through the windows creates the perfect moody backdrop for photos on your wedding day. The getting ready rooms offer plenty of space for you and your bridal party to change and get ready. There is a designated area to have your wedding outdoors with a beautiful arched pathway for you to walk down the aisle. Without a doubt, my favorite thing is the amount of locations that the venue offers for taking your wedding photos. From the exposed brick and textured walls inside, to the driveway leading up to the mansion, and the garden with fairy lights is an absolute dream.. All of this combined with the hardworking and dedicated staff makes it a must on your list of venues to tour. They will guide through planning your wedding every step of the way to ensure your day is perfect rain or shine. Cora, the lead wedding coordinator has been the most helpful and sweetest person during this process.

Message: From a wedding photographer's perspective: All of my experiences at Riverwood have been nothing short of amazing. The staff is wonderful and really go out of their way to make everything go smoothly. The venue is beautiful, classic, historic, interesting and so convenient! Everything is in one place which is a HUGE plus! Indoor and outdoor ceremony options, parking, great location, wonderful reception space, and the most PERFECT garden/courtyard for photos.

Message: I had my wedding at Riverwood in April 2022, and it was a wonderful experience! Absolutely beautiful property so convenient to downtown Nashville, with incredible staff and service. Our package included all the floral, linens and rentals, food, cake, and ceremony music, along with a fantastic team that helped plan every detail of our day. My husband and I loved working with Landry, and we finished most of the planning in one 2-3 hour session about 8 months before the wedding! Their wedding packages are perfect for couples who work full time and have little time to plan a wedding. And each of the vendors they work with are highly experienced and were very receptive to all of our questions and ideas. I would highly recommend!

Message: We hosted our daughter's wedding here October 2021. I can't say enough good things! The venue is absolutley gorgeous, the staff was helpful and very knowledgeable, and the team's ability to make fast changes due to weather is amazing! By providing an "all inclusive" option for the weekend they allowed us to relax and enjoy, they handled all the details!

Message: Such a gorgeous place! I attended a Christmas event here a few years back. Planning to have my wedding here too. It’s beautiful! Landry and Cora have been great in the planning process.. Update 6/25/21: our wedding was perfect. We did the small intimate package. It included dinner, cake, the officiant, my bouquet, grooms boutonniere, with the options to add on additional florals. The gazebo was perfect for photos, the first look, and the inside fireplace was so nice. We had a little over thirty people. Dinner was included too. We chose to upgrade to China and real silverware.

Message: Absolutely love this wedding venue! I photographed a wedding here last spring and am so excited for several more there this year. The bridal suite is one of the best in Nashville, there are so many locations for amazing portraits, solid rain backup plan and an amazing staff! Can not recommend this venue enough!
